Island Time Coffee Company is a Whidbey Island roaster founded by graphic designer Chris Baldwin on the principle that great coffee starts at the farm. All beans are sourced directly from family farms in Latin America and Indonesia that operate 100% chemical free and pesticide free, then roasted in small batches for maximum freshness. Signature blends include Deception Dark, Salish Orca Blend (10% of proceeds support Orca Network), Ferry Line Blues, and Island Sunset French. Available at 40+ locations across Washington State and online. Island Time Coffee is the official coffee of Explore Washington State and a Founding Partner of the EWS Member Card.
