Sweet Thang and The Stumblers: Gypsygrass From The Puget Sound
In this episode we are joined by two members of the band Sweet Thang and the Stumblers. Terri Moss is the lead singer and Mark Wuesthoff is the pedal steel player. The other members of the band are Troy Moss, Phil Suggs, and Kevin Dale.
Sweet Thang and the Stumblers is a new group of old friends with a love for writing and playing original old-school roots music. The band takes their inspiration from Fam Jams, jam sessions with friends and family where everyone takes a turn leading songs. They continue this Fam Jam tradition with each member contributing with songwriting and singing, specializing in lush 3 part harmonies.
Terri and Mark were great to talk to. Fun fact: Sweet Thang and the Stumblers were the first live music we were able to see since the pandemic! It was so much fun to get out and see the band play live. If you get the chance you should absolutely go and check them out. Here is a link to their website.
