Kinga trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and was working at some amazing Chicago restaurants. That was until her husband took a job in Seattle. Moving to Seattle Chef Kinga worked at many well known Seattle restaurants. During Covid she was laid off from Microsoft catering. This is the beginning of our story.
