Most Bellingham coffee stands sell a bagged pastry and a sandwich they warmed up. The Lodge cooks to order, with named breakfast builds called The Epic, The Classic and The Veggie alongside a chicken pesto bagel, avocado toast and yogurt bowls. Burritos run on Tuesdays only. The drink to ask about is the Mexi Mocha, which the shop finishes with a house made espresso whip. It has been locally owned since 2020 and it closes at 2pm every day, so this is a morning stop and nothing else.
