Wander Brewing's coffee half, opened in the former Carne butchery building in 2022. Espresso from 7am, nine Wander beers on tap by evening, a large beer garden out back, and a window you can ride a bike up to without getting off it.

Colleen and Chad Kuehl opened ROAM in November 2022 as the second address for Wander Brewing, about a mile from the brewery itself, in a building that was previously the Carne craft butchery. The day runs in two halves: espresso and pastries in the morning, then nine Wander beers on tap plus wine and cider into the evening, with a large beer garden for the warm months. The window takes drive up, walk up and pedal up traffic, which in Bellingham is not a gimmick. Sunday closes two hours earlier than the rest of the week.
