Roe

Roe calls itself Bellingham's dinner party restaurant, and the room delivers: plates built for passing, menus that follow the seasons, and a bar where the cocktails get the same care as the food. The style is fancy meets familiar, American cooking with European influence and plenty of fresh seafood.

Owners Dan and Izzi Rehbein opened Roe on Unity Street and it quickly landed on best of Bellingham lists across the local press. It eats like a restaurant a city keeps to itself.
