Orchard is a scratch kitchen on 1st Street in Cle Elum from a chef who previously ran kitchens at Portals at Suncadia, Salish Lodge, and Fairmont Olympic. The menu leans into locally sourced American fare including hand made pasta, aged New York strip, and house baked sourdough. Open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner with Sunday brunch.
