Gere-a-Deli

Gere-a-Deli has been feeding Anacortes since 1981 from a corner of historic downtown, family owned and operated the whole way. The soups, chowder, and salads are made from scratch daily off traditional family recipes, and the sandwich board reads like four decades of practice.

Locals have voted it best in town for 30 years running, which at this point is less an award than a habit. Nostalgic decor, a staff that knows the regulars, and a lunch line that tells you everything.
