Comics Place

The Comics Place has been part of downtown Bellingham since 1982, and it is still where local readers go for new comics every week. Today the shop sits on West Holly Street, in the middle of downtown.

Beyond the new arrivals you will find a deep run of back issues and shelves of graphic novels, plus games, action figures and accessories. Regulars keep a pull list, so the shop sets aside each new issue of the series they follow, which is the easiest way to never miss one.

If you are new to comics or picking out a gift, ask at the counter. Recommendations are part of what this shop does, and the staff know the shelves well. It also makes an easy stop on a downtown day, with coffee and food all around Holly Street.
