Visible Coffee Roasters Mill Creek

Visible Coffee Roasters keeps its Mill Creek shop on Main Street in Mill Creek Town Center open from 7am to 9pm every day by its own listing, late enough for a coffee after dinner in the town center. The company's site lists five shops, Mill Creek, Silver Firs in Everett, Snohomish, Edmonds and East Madison Street in Seattle, with Woodinville and Stanwood shops listed as coming soon.

The company roasts its own coffee and sells it by the bag, led by Founder's Blend, a Brazil and Peru blend it describes with notes of almond, sugar and cacao, alongside single origins from Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras and Oaxaca in Mexico, plus a roast of the month club. The company does not say publicly where it roasts, and no source places a roaster inside this shop, so do not plan on watching a roast.

The chain wide menu behind the shop's order button runs to pour over, drip with free refills, cold brew and nitro cold brew cans, and seasonal lattes on syrups made in house, including the Vanilla Bourbon Latte and a pumpkin sauce latte called the Pumpkin Situation. Almond, oat, soy, coconut and hemp milk are all offered. Food covers breakfast sandwiches, a Sunrise Wrap, bagels, scones, cinnamon rolls and gelato, which also turns up in the affogato.

Mobile orders get a curbside pickup space and a pickup spot inside by the espresso machine. The company's site lists 7am to 9pm daily, while its ordering system shows a 7:30am open on Sunday, so plan on the later time that day. The ordering menu also lists a student discount from 3pm to close with ID.
