The pour over program runs four Modbar stations with origins that rotate by the day, which makes the menu genuinely different on each visit. Seasonal drinks change regularly and are consistently worth asking about at the bar. In house gluten free and vegan pastries, along with syrups made on site, round out the food program. At 3,000 square feet with a 450 square foot mezzanine, the space has a rare openness for a downtown coffee shop and stays comfortable even at peak hours.
