Yonder Cider Co. Yonder East Taproom

Yonder Cider began in a Seattle garage in 2020, as a walk up window that ended up changing a city ordinance. Four years later it came home. The Cashmere taproom opened at the end of August 2024 in the basement of an 1890 building on Railroad Avenue, and the cider itself is pressed a few minutes down the valley in Wenatchee.

The room is worth the trip on its own. Thirty nine hundred square feet under exposed brick and timbers salvaged from the old Cashmere Mill, with the bones of the fruit packing warehouse still showing and freight trains going by outside. Out back there is a patio of firepits and food trucks looking at the mountains.

Fourteen ciders pour at a time, alongside three Washington beers, slushies in summer and hot cider when it turns. There is a stage indoors, a mug club, and bingo on the first and third Tuesday.
