Winegar's Coffee and Creamery has been making small batch handcrafted ice cream in Ellensburg for over 25 years, alongside espresso drinks and Whipsaw root beer floats. The University Way location is connected to Jerrol's bookstore. Signature scoops include the Gary Dough and Sax's Salted Caramel.
