The Red Pickle on Pine Street grew from a popular food truck into a brick and mortar restaurant serving burgers and sandwiches with Guatemalan flair. The Gauchito Burger, marinated in chimichurri with sriracha mayo, is the signature. Custom cocktails are a point of pride for the owner.
