North Fork Brewery

The North Fork sits on scenic Highway 542 between Bellingham and Mount Baker, which makes it the natural stop after a powder day or an Artist Point hike. Pizza comes out hot, pints come straight from serving tanks a few feet away, and the small batches are brewed in the time honored British style with barrel aged Belgian sours alongside.

The dining room doubles as the Beer Shrine: an entire wall of vintage bottles and brewing antiques collected over decades. Voted Best Stop on Highway 542, and it is not close.
