Matchless brews at Deschutes Landing in Tumwater, and the taproom looks straight into the work. From a table you can see the brew deck and the room where the foudres and barrels sit, which explains the range on the twelve rotating taps better than any menu could.
That range is the point. Light lagers and pilsners share the board with hazy and West Coast IPAs, stouts, barleywines and a serious foudre aged sour program. All Fluff is the one people know, a Northwest hazy in a pink can. Lime Zinger blends foudre aged ales over Key limes. Outdoor Stout drinks far lighter than it looks.
There is no kitchen, so bring your own food. Leashed dogs are welcome, children until half past seven, and live music plays most Saturday evenings.
