Hot Diggity Doug's is a hot dog shop at 8125 Falls Avenue SE in historic downtown Snoqualmie, a few doors from Snoqualmie Ice Cream. Heather Dean and Julie Chung, who own the ice cream shop and Falls Avenue Cookie Co., opened it on May 30, 2026.
The menu is short: hot dogs, chili, snacks and sodas. The Chili Doug with cheese and onions has been the best seller since opening, and the German Doug comes with sauerkraut and mustard. The storefront was the temporary home of Snoqualmie Ice Cream while its original space was rebuilt after an April 2024 fire.
Hours are midday only, noon to 6 or 7 on weekdays and from 11 on weekends. The same owners also run Snoqualmie Trading Company next door and North Bend Trading Co. up the road, so this is the newest member of a small family of valley shops.
