Downtown Puyallup, Puyallup, WashingtonOlympic Region
Page and Pine Bookshop is an independent, all ages bookstore in downtown Puyallup that opened in June 2025. It runs a busy calendar of book clubs, story time and local author signings.
Page and Pine Bookshop put a bookstore back on the map in downtown Puyallup, which The News Tribune reported had gone decades without one. Owner Emily Foster opened the shop at 207 West Stewart Avenue, next to Firehouse Pet Shop, on June 27, 2025. South Sound Magazine reported an estimated 850 books sold on the first day, and the shop celebrated its first birthday in July 2026.
The event calendar is the reason to keep coming back. An adult book club meets the second Tuesday of each month, a teen book club and twice monthly story time for young readers fill other days, and local authors hold release parties and signings through the year. The shelves cover all ages, with bookish merch alongside. In July 2026 the shop announced Lola, a mobile bookshop. Plan around a 30 minute lunch closure on weekdays.
