A Book For All Seasons has been Leavenworth's independent bookstore since 1992. It sits on Highway 2 below the Innsbrucker Inn, and for more than three decades it has brought authors to town for readings and signings. It still hosts them regularly.
Expect a full general stock of new releases, bestsellers and staff picks, a shelf of used books, and a kids and young adult section that makes it an easy stop for families. There are gifts too, for the present you forgot. It is open every day, until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, so it works as an after dinner stop in town.
