Aundrea McCarthy took a Hilltop drive in and turned it into a room you sit down in. The conversion landed in January 2023 and the result is unapologetically pink wall to wall, which she has described in her own words as Girl Boss vibes. The pink is not an accent wall, it is the whole room, and at a 4.9 average across 221 reviews the reception has been about as good as a rating gets.

The Banana Bread Latte is the house drink and it is on both the shop's own menu and her magazine interview, so it is the one to order if you only order once. The rest of the board is built the same way: Tiger Butter, Purple Haze, a Brown Babe that is a brown sugar cinnamon mocha, plus Italian sodas and milkshakes. No roaster is named anywhere, including on the shop's own site, so this entry does not name one.

Food runs to breakfast bagels, sandwiches and cookies. South Sound Magazine ran a full interview with McCarthy in February 2025, which is real regional coverage rather than a listing, and it is the best single thing to read before going.

The hours are the catch and they are short. Google carries 8am to 3pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm Saturday, closed Sunday, while the shop's own site currently shows a 7am weekday open and a 10am Saturday. Either way it is shut by mid afternoon and dark on Sundays, so this is a morning stop and not an evening one.
