Lake Easton Sno-Park
Profile
Flat, easy, family-central. A 150-foot sledding hill, gentle ski loops, and heated restrooms inside Lake Easton State Park. This is where you take kids who are still learning what snow is or anyone who wants a mellow experience without challenging terrain. The downside: lower elevation means snow conditions can be iffy. If it’s been warm or rainy, this park suffers first. Call ahead (509-656-2586) to confirm there’s actually snow before making the drive. Eighty parking spaces. Dogs are allowed on leash, which is unusual for a groomed park.
Best for: Families with young kids, absolute beginners, sledding
Avoid if: Conditions have been warm or you want challenging skiing
