Kitsap Fairground Disc Golf Course Overview

The Fairgrounds course plays in two nine-hole loops split by the main road. Both sides pack in elevation. Short tee shots dive off ridges, then climb back up on the next hole. Fairways stay tight, lined by salal and cedar. Kick off the line and you will scramble for par. Red tees average around 225 feet, so distance is secondary to accuracy. Blue tees add length and sharper angles, turning easy threes into stressful drives. The club trims brush often, yet discs can still hide quickly in summer growth.

Amenities & Practice Areas at Kitsap Fairgrounds Disc Golf Park

A restroom sits near Hole 1. No warm-up basket, but the adjacent soccer field offers space to stretch your arm. Tee signs and directional arrows were updated in 2025, and stone steps help on the steeper climbs. Leave carts at home; roots and stairs break the route.

Rates / Booking / Local Tips

Play is walk-on and free. The fairgrounds host events most weekends; parking can fill and the temporary nine-hole loop comes down during summer fairs, leaving 18 permanent holes. Early mornings beat the crowds. Watch for fast skips on dry soil, and use stable plastic when the afternoon breeze funnels down the hill. Crossing Fairgrounds Road between loops, stop and look — traffic moves quickly.
