Karla is a Washington State native who has spent nearly all of her life in the Puget Sound region. She grew up in Tacoma where she attended Stadium High School and then moved to Olympia to attend The Evergreen State College. Karla earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2017 and has since begun a career in ornithology. In her free time Karla likes to ski, hike, fly fish and spend time with her dog and chickens.
