Extending 80 miles, the National Scenic Area encompasses the area roughly from Camas to east of Dallesport on the Washington side, with myriad options for nearly every type of adventurer to explore.

While I have certainly been guilty of this many times on my routine drives out to the ocean beaches, I now try to pencil some additional time into my itinerary for the drive between Olympia and the coastal playgrounds.
