Meet Chef Kinga Borkowski How can a chef originally from Chicago bring Seattle Austin Texas inspired breakfast tacos?  Listen to this episode an you will know.
Kinga trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and was working at some amazing Chicago resturants. That was until her husband took a job in Seattle. Moving to Seattle Chef Kinga worked at many well known Seattle resturants. During Covid she was laid off from Microsoft catering.  This is the beginning of our story.
