Pearsall Properties is thrilled to invite the community to our Winter Benefit Concert supporting the Westside Westside Neighbors Shelter, the only 24/7 winter homeless shelter in West Seattle.

Join us for an all-ages concert, community spirit, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need. Our goal from now through the event date is is to raise $36,000, which covers the fixed annual costs of operating the shelter, including utilities, insurance, and internet access. Your support will help ensure that Westside Neighbors Shelter can continue its vital work in our community.

100% of ticket sales go directly to the Westside Neighbors Shelter . Please register for a ticket only if you can attend, and because there is a capacity limit at the venue please register for a ticket for each member of your party/family.
