The Wenatchee AppleSox, established in 2000, is a collegiate summer baseball team based in Wenatchee, Washington.
Competing in the West Coast League’s North Division, they play home games at Paul Thomas Sr. Field on the Wenatchee Valley College campus.
The AppleSox has a rich history, securing multiple league championships, including titles in 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2012. They are known for developing talent, with several alums advancing to professional baseball. The team fosters a family-friendly atmosphere, engaging the community through various events and promotions.
Kamloops Northpaws
The Kamloops NorthPaws, established in 2020, are a collegiate summer baseball team based in Kamloops, British Columbia. They compete in the West Coast League (WCL), a premier wood-bat league that showcases top collegiate talent from across North America. The NorthPaws play their home games at NorBrock Stadium, a professional-sized field located in McArthur Island Park, which seats approximately 1,500 spectators.
The team’s name, “NorthPaws,” reflects Canadian pride and pays homage to local baseball programs, while also playing on the term “southpaw,” a common baseball term for left-handed pitchers
