We Hike to Heal with 52 Hike Challenge Washington Chapter at Cashmere Canyons Preserve

Come join us for a rejuvenating hike on the Sunrise Trail via Spring Canyon and Nahahum Trail in the Cashmere Canyons Preserve.

“Experiencing these lands by foot–slowly, quietly, contemplatively–is at the least enlightening and at times, magically transformative.” (Landowner, Cashmere Canyon Preserve).

Let’s lace up our boots, breathe in the fresh air, and soak in the stunning views together. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and unwind with a wonderful group of fellow hikers. We will stop for a mindfulness activity and discussion of how hiking is healing. This 5.7 mile hike, 1755 ft elevation gain, typically takes about 3 1/2 hours. At more than 2,000 acres, the preserve is the largest parcel of undeveloped private land in the Wenatchee Valley. Hello Wildflowers!

No dogs allowed on the trail with us this time.
