Vegan Cooking Class

This class will feature a holiday themed Vegan Dish, featuring Curried Spiced Eggplant with Mint Labne. 

Onyiyechi! As a holistic private chef, I specialize in vegan, savory, vegan desserts and special diet cuisine with a focus on healing through food. I create delicious and nutritious dishes, infusing herbs, spices, and utilizing organic and whole foods. I currently host vegan cooking classes at the Lacey Timberland Library.
