As winter winds down and spring’s vibrant energy begins to rise, let’s come together to cultivate a more eco-friendly, healthy future using the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda as our foundation. The Green Path weekend is for anyone curious about becoming more mindful of what you consume—whether it’s food, thoughts, or environmental influences.
Through warming asana practices and strength-building classes, this weekend will inspire you to cultivate nourishing habits and prepare your body and mind for the vibrant energy of the new season.
Full Enrollment for The Green Path weekend includes 4 workshops + an optional potluck dinner on Saturday evening. There is also an option to register for individual workshops.
