The Essence of Our Natural World
A detailed program on creating exceptional images of our natural world and beyond.
It will address how to use the various features of your camera and how to set them up to obtain exceptional images You will learn how to obtain tack-sharp images and the best Settings for for Exposure; Focus Modes; and Flight shot techniques. Capturing handheld and tripod-mounted images will be covered, including panning techniques, long exposures for day and night photography, and much more. Remember, creating a great wildlife or landscape image with a story requires far more than just being at the place.

About Shiv Verma: Shiv is a Panasonic Lumix Global Ambassador, Wacom Pro-Artist and an X-Rite Coloratti. He devotes a great deal of my time formally reviewing photography-related products, to education in digital photography and is a speaker and competition judge.
Shiv leads photo tours and workshops worldwide, typically one tour a month.
Shiv belongs to multiple photographic clubs and associations and serves as President of the New England Camera Club Council and Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Camera Naturalists. He is the immediate past Vice President of Learning and Technology of the Photographic Society of America. In addition, he is a member of the Professional Photographers Association of America; a past Board Member, General Chairman of the PSA International, and Chairman of the Nature Division, PSA (Photographic Society of America); a member of the Greater Lynn Photographic Association and Stony Brook Camera Club.
Shiv was elected a Fellow of the Photographic Society of America in 2020, and an Associate in 2013; an Honorary Member of the New England Camera Club Council in 2022, and a Master Member in 2008.
