For Chef Preston, Paella is an event, not a particular dish. It’s what you do on a sunny patio in September, or how you celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. Begin a fantastic meal with authentic Spanish tapas — each paired with a creative mini cocktail. Then gather around an enormous Paella pan set on fire to turn up the heat!

The aroma, the sizzle, and the flavors create an atmosphere that transports you to the Mediterranean. It’s casual and elegant at the same time. Join the fun!

Each Masterpiece Dinner experience includes a four-course meal with complimentary wine. Optional, upgraded wine pairings thoughtfully selected for each course will be available for purchase as will the signature cocktail of the evening.
