Seabrook Beachside Author Series: Becky Selengut

The annual Beachside Author Series returns to Seabrook this Winter! These literary weekends will run from January through June and feature best-selling and award-winning authors of all genres. Experience author meet-and-greets, readings, book signings, writing workshops, and more. Becky Selengut – Seattle-based chef, instructor, speaker, podcaster, and author, will be present on January 11. Her writings include Misunderstood Vegetables, How to Taste: The Curious Cook’s Handbook to Seasoning and Balance, from Umami to Acid and Beyond, Shroom: Mind-Bendingly Good Recipes for Cultivated and Wild Mushrooms, Good Fish (a sustainable seafood cookbook), and co-author of the humor and travel memoir Not One Shrine: Two Food Writers Devour Tokyo.
