Learn how to make a sourdough boule from scratch and successfully bake it in your own oven! Emily, owner of Buena Luz Bakery, and chef Carol will take you on a step-by-step journey from sourdough starter to finished boule. This evening class includes a yummy charcuterie board and a glass of local wine. Come away with sourdough starter, a sourdough boule to bake at home, a recipe card, and maybe a new friend or two.
