PASTEL STUDIO FUNDAMENTALS

Projects, drills, critiques. Enrich your work with soft chalk pastels.
In this class you will learn how to use soft chalk pastels to create beautiful, loose, colorful paintings.
Focus will be on:
- Tonal Value, and Composition,
- Representational techniques with a wide range of subjects
Required Supply list PLEASE BRING:
- Set of 12 Soft Chalk Pastels or more
- 9”x12” Sanded Paper or larger
- 9”x12” Drawing Pad or larger
- Actively enrolled students get 20% off art supplies when purchased on site
Please note this is a 4 week session class
Some Drawing skills are required
