Mead & Cheese Pairing Class Featuring Oppegaard Meadery

Come learn to pair mead with cheese! The expert cheesemongers from Street Cheese and Jon, the meadmaker at Oppegaard Meadery, will lead us through a proper mead and cheese pairing. You’ll get the opportunity to taste a curated selection of local, national, and international cheese as well as a diverse lineup of mead. Plus, you’ll leave with a better understanding of the science and art behind creating pairings so you can create your own at home!
Your ticket includes a sampling of five cheeses and five mead pours.
Our full kitchen and bar will be open for additional purchase. Meads and cheese from the evening will be available to take home as well.
