Meet at Marine Park waterfront parking lot: 100 Harris Ave, Bellingham WA 

Join us for a morning of bird watching in Fairhaven at Marine Park and Padden Creek Lagoon. Off the coast at Marine Park, birders can see a plethora of geese, gulls, cormorants, diving ducks, loons, and other autumn specialties. Neighboring Padden Creek Lagoon is excellent for watching herons, dabbling ducks, and shorebirds. All are welcome! In the words of Ken Kaufman: “Birdwatching is something that we do for enjoyment, so if you enjoy it, you are already a good birder. If you enjoy it a lot, you are a great birder.”
