Grief Walk in the Woods: A Class on Hearing Nature’s Wisdom

A walk in the forest to learn about native trees, plants and mushrooms and their emotional and spiritual healing qualities to support grief.
Join me, a Nature Therapist, for a walk in the forest as I teach about native trees, plants and mushrooms and their emotional and spiritual healing qualities to help you walk through grief. Late Autumn holds liminal space, a doorway through a transitional period, as we descend into the darkness of winter solstice and therefore a special time to reflect on what has come to an end in our lives. Nature has much to say about grief: comfort, strength, hope, witness, guidance, support.
We will meander through the forest, walking one mile round trip, stopping for teachings on plants and trees, forage together, and do some nature therapy activities to integrate and express what we learn from the forest.
