Downtown Trick or Treat and Costume Parade – Port Townsend

Children Pre-school through 6th grade in costume are invited to participate! Participants must be accompanied by an adult. Parade participants will march down Water Street to Polk Street. Trick or Treating immediately to follow the parade at participating businesses.
