Chef, Florent Nguyen
comes from Belgium and currently works at “L’eau vive” 2-star Michelin restaurant, alongside with Chef Pierre Resimont. He finished 7th year specializing in gastronomic cuisine at the provincial hotel school in Namur in 2020. Some of the places he cooked for in beautiful homes, in France such as the Cap Eden Roc hotel in Antibes and in Beligum such as the starredVilla Lorraine.
